Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and provide accurate age information. Where required by local law, a parent or legal guardian must authorize a minor's account. The license granted for a native app is limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable.
Your content
You retain rights in the content you own. You grant Soultra only the permissions needed to host, display, transmit, and moderate it to operate the service. You must own content or have permission to use it. You may not upload someone else's likeness, voice, or copyrighted work to impersonate them or infringe rights.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
No harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, threats, bullying, doxxing, illegal commerce, spam, deceptive impersonation, or content targeting children. Soultra may remove violating content and suspend or terminate access without advance notice when safety demands it. Use report and block tools for violations.
Conduct and accounts
Do not exploit others, circumvent membership restrictions, automate abusive messages, scrape private content, or share credentials. Honest feedback is encouraged; personal attacks are not. Age restrictions apply to paid collaboration and bookings.
Subscriptions and purchases
Web Pro and Elite subscriptions may be offered through Stripe when enabled. A future iOS app's digital memberships and Fanbase purchases will use Apple In-App Purchase through StoreKit, not web Stripe checkout, in accordance with App Review Guideline 3.1.1. Refund, cancellation and renewal terms must be displayed before any purchase. The current prototype accepts no payment.
Community & moderation
Reports create an Admin moderation record. Review and enforcement depend on evidence and context. Production requires a published appeal channel, response timelines, human escalation, copyright takedown procedures, and local legal compliance.
Termination and data
You can close your account in Settings at any time. Access may also end for serious violations. Terms that naturally outlive an account, including safety enforcement and lawful record retention, survive.
Prototype disclaimer
Soultra is a working prototype with fictional demo community data. It is offered as-is during development without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights. Obtain legal review and include governing-law and contact details before launch.
